You can be extra and set your goals or reminders here. Or add whatever you like idk. Change the layout if you want. This is just how it works for me, but of course you can customize it to be more for your style šĀ Please have fun! I did spend a lot of time making this, and I wanted to do it for sword/shield, but I probably will never do it again lol. YOU CAN DELETE THIS IF YOU DONāT NEED IT.
ā¼ļøĀ Things to note:
If you donāt know about Notion, the filter/sort system can be a little confusing for Notion, so please look up some videos on YouTube to help you out (Search: Notion Filter/Sort Database). I created gallery categories so I can click on a specific pokemon types or regions to make it easier for myself, as those tend to be the ones I look up the most. You can delete all of that if itās too overwhelming for you, the database works just fine by itself with filters! If anyone would want a tutorial on how to set filters according to your specifications, I will be more than happy to do that.
IF THEREāS ANYTHING I MISSED OR MESSED UP, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. You can honestly fix it on your own, but I would like to know too so I can fix it on mine and this template for the future haha. EDIT 5/30: There are some Pokemon that I discovered actually do have a gender. I will go and add those in later on today. Or you can add them yourself if youād like.
You can delete this section if you want or create your own callouts.

<aside> š” DATABASE QUICK TIPS (You can delete this if you donāt need it)
Properties: These are the title of the categories (Type, Species, Gender, etc.). You can add or delete as many categories as you want. Just scroll all the way to the right side where you see a + sign to add properties. To delete, right click the property to show the drop down menu. To hide properties that you wonāt be needing at the moment, click the (ā¦) option in the top right of the database and select Properties in the drop down menu. There you can hide properties (note: it rearranges the order if you decide to add back the property. You can move them back into place or ignore it). Rearranging Property Order: You can change the order of the properties by clicking on the title and dragging it to where you want it. Filters: You can add filters in order to sort your Pokemon in a specific way. Any phrase that is colored can be used as a filter category. By doing that, just click the Filter option at the top right of the database, and choose a filter to your liking. It will hide away every other option not selected. Sorting: You can sort your database by a specific order. Click the Sort option at the top right and pick a property to sort. Adding Rows: You can add a missing pokemon or gender by adding another row. Just go all the way the left where the row options are and click on the + sign to add a new row. To duplicate a row, click on the rectangle dots next to the + sign. There you can duplicate or delete a row. Changing or adding Views: You can add a different view for your database. Everything will stay in order. For maximum efficiency and for your convenience, I would recommend just sticking to the Table view. To change the view, go where it says Table on the top left, and an option will show up that says + Add View.
